Interior Design Assistant/Draftsperson (Part-Time)

Job Summary Interior Design Studio Assistant & Draftsperson Boutique interior design studio in North Scottsdale, Arizona, specializing in high-end custom homes, remodels, and furnishings. We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive part-time assistant to support both our design business and occasional personal administrative tasks. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, is comfortable wearing many hats, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment. Position Details Approximately 10-15 hours per week Flexible schedule In-person preferred (North Scottsdale) Hourly position based on experience Design Responsibilities Assist with AutoCAD drawings and revisions Produce cabinet, millwork, and interior elevations Assist with construction drawing packages Support product research and specifications Organize samples, materials, and project information Assist with client presentations and design documentation Perform occasional site measuring and project support Administrative & Personal Assistance Run occasional local errands Assist with scheduling and calendar management Coordinate appointments and deliveries Organize office and project materials Assist with purchasing, returns, and pickups Help with travel arrangements and miscellaneous administrative tasks as needed Qualifications Experience in interior design, architecture, administrative support, or a related field preferred AutoCAD experience required; SketchUp experience is a plus Strong organizational and communication skills Detail-oriented and highly dependable Comfortable managing multiple priorities Positive attitude and ability to work independently About You You are resourceful, organized, and enjoy helping keep both projects and people on track.
