Interior Design Assistant Hyde Park Interiors is a high-end interior design firm located in Scottsdale, Arizona. We specialize in creating beautiful and functional spaces for our clients. The Assistant Designer will help and support lead designers in creating functionally beautiful spaces for residential high-end clients while using industry knowledge, design experience, innovative design concepts and creativity. Responsibilities include developing schematic designs, drafting furniture plans and elevations, sourcing and preparing presentations, attending client meetings, maintaining budgets and all schedules, attending site visits regularly and helping throughout installs. MUST have at least 1 year of interior design assisting, interning, and degree in Interior Design.Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite, Google Docs and Spreadsheets.Knowledge of furniture, finishes, materials, color selections, and specifications helpfulKnowledge of design requirements, construction methods and materials for high end residential environments desiredGreat ability to multitask, work independently as well as a team, fearless and ambitiousMust be GREAT at follow through!Excellent communication skillsStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesSPECIAL NOTE - Our hiring process after receiving a resume from a potential candidate includes a 10 minute phone interview followed by an in person on site interview with the owner.
