We are a interior design firm curating timeless, layered spaces for clients who value quality, craftsmanship, and intentional design. We're a small but mighty team looking for someone who shares our commitment to excellence, organization, and beautiful work. We offer a fun and fast paced design environment. We have two studio locations in arroyo grande and old town Orcutt. You will be expected to work at both locations. We're seeking a highly organized, tech savvy, and detail obsessed individual to support our lead designer and manage the day to day operations of our studio and showroom. This is not a passive role. You'll be the backbone of our daily workflow while keeping projects on track, clients informed, and our studio running seamlessly. Details about the job: Assist with all phases of the design process, from client intake to project closeoutManage designer's calendar, emails, and daily prioritiesPrepare and organize client files, presentations, and project bindersCommunicate with clients, vendors, and trades on behalf of the designerRelay updates, questions, and feedback back to the designer promptlyMaintain showroom organization and visual standardsManage product inventory, receiving, and order trackingCoordinate with vendors for sample pulls, deliveries, and returnsEnsure all product information is accurate and up to dateManage website updates, email correspondence, and digital communicationsAdapt quickly to new systems, software, and workflowsThe basic daily responsibilities include greeting clients, operating the register, answering phone calls, keeping show room presentable and ready for clients. Must be able to follow instructions, learn pricing formulas quickly, and adapt to the fast paced environment. Be able to lift at least 50 pounds as we have merchandise arriving weekly that needs to be unboxed, priced, tagged, put into inventory Must be available to work Saturdays. Check our store hours for typically schedule. Must have reliable transportation to commute to both locations. Must have extensive knowledge of Word, Excel, Google and computer programs like Canva, quickbooks, square, ect. Please come into either location to drop off a resume.
