Job Description We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional to join our team as an Account Executive. This role will involve building relationships with interior design firms, driving sales across our product lines, and showcasing our brands effectively in the marketplace. Travel will be required to meet with customers, attend trade shows, and connect with design teams. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy to engage and cultivate relationships with interior design firms for Mitchell Gold + Bob Williams, Global Views, and Surya. • Conduct proactive outreach to potential clients to present diverse product offerings, tailoring solutions to meet unique design needs. • Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process, from initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up. • Travel to customer locations as needed to build relationships, conduct product presentations, and understand client requirements. • Attend trade shows, networking events, and industry gatherings to promote our brands and connect with designers. • Maintain an in-depth understanding of product lines, industry trends, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities. • Accurately track sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups through our CRM system. • Meet and exceed sales targets while contributing to overall team performance and company goals. Qualifications: • Proven experience in sales or account management, preferably within the home furnishings, interior design, or related industries. • Strong knowledge of the interior design process, with a focus on the needs and preferences of design professionals. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Ability to build lasting relationships with clients and stakeholders in the design community. • Willingness and ability to travel frequently to customer locations. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently as well as collaboratively within a team. • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. • A passion for design and a deep appreciation for quality craftsmanship across various product lines.
