Interior Architect

Architectural Designer We are an established Architecture & Interior Design firm with over 29 years of experience creating thoughtful, high-quality design solutions. We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Architectural Designer to join our team and contribute to all phases of project development, from design through construction documentation and administration. ResponsibilitiesAssist in the preparation of architectural designs and construction documents.Produce accurate architectural drafting and documentation using AutoCAD.Coordinate with consultants and project team members throughout the design process.Support construction administration activities, including shop drawing review and responses to project-related inquiries.Conduct code research and assist with regulatory compliance.Perform other duties customarily associated with an architectural practice.QualificationsBachelor's degree in Architecture (required).Minimum of 4 years of U.S. experience producing architectural construction documents.Working knowledge of the Florida Building Code (FBC), Florida Fire Prevention Code (FFPC), FHA, and ADA requirements.Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (required).Experience with SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is a plus.What We OfferFull-time positionHealth plan assistancePaid vacationPersonal time offPaid holidaysLunch-and-learn sessions for professional development and licensure maintenanceA collaborative, supportive work environment with opportunities for continued growthScheduleMonday through FridayWork LocationIn-person at one office locationRemote work is not available
