In-house Design Concierge

Craftmaster Furniture is growing, and we are looking for an experienced, service-minded sales professional to join our team as an In-house Design Concierge at our corporate office in Hiddenite, NC. This role is ideal for someone who loves the intersection of interior design, furniture, and customer experience. You will work directly with the design community to assist in specifying products for residential and commercial projects. Position Highlights: · Support interior designers with product specifications and customization options. · Assist designers with fabrics, leathers, finishes, dimensions, and application guidance. · Serve as a knowledgeable design resource for our upholstery collections. · Collaborate closely with sales, merchandising, production, and marketing teams. · Deliver elevated customer service with attention to detail and responsiveness. · Attend High Point Furniture Pre-Market and Market twice yearly and limited travel for trade events and in-person designer appointments. · Daily reach-outs to potential designers to introduce our program.
