Floor Coverings International is seeking an In-Home Sales Flooring and Design Associate in the Cleveland South area. You will visit homeowners, present flooring options, and close sales using a tablet-based showroom, building trust and repeat business. The role offers a strong base salary plus commissions, bonus opportunities, paid training, and flexible full-time hours including evenings and weekends. A company van and gas coverage are provided to support field work.
