About The Role As an In-Home Design Consultant, you will serve as the face of the company, meeting with pre-qualified homeowners and presenting customized bath remodeling solutions. This role focuses on designing, presenting, and selling high-quality bath systems directly in the customer’s home while operating as an independent contractor. Key Responsibilities Conduct in-home consultations with pre-qualified homeownersBuild and present customized bath designs using company toolsProvide pricing and confidently close sales during appointmentsParticipate in ongoing training to continually improve performanceMaintain accurate records and manage follow-up with prospectsDeliver a professional and customer-focused experience What We’re Looking For Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skillsPrior in-home or home improvement sales experience strongly preferredBackground in remodeling or construction sales is a plusReliable transportation and local Portland-area residency requiredConfident presenter with strong public speaking abilitySelf-motivated, disciplined, and goal-oriented mindsetAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environmentOutgoing personality with strong relationship-building skills Compensation Commission-based position with unlimited earning potentialEarnings are performance-driven and vary based on experience and resultsFlexible schedule for high-performing individuals Why Join Us?
