We're looking for a Home Staging Stylist who has a sharp eye for design, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and understands that the details make all the difference. This role is equal parts creative and operational — you'll be styling beautiful spaces while working efficiently alongside a collaborative team within our warehouse in Central Houston (Timbergrove near The Heights). WHAT YOU'LL DO Execute vacant and occupied home staging installations across Houston-area markets Select, pull, and style furniture, art, and accessories from our staging inventory to create elevated, market-ready interiors Work closely with the lead stager and operations team to ensure installations are completed on time and on brief De-stage and reset inventory at the close of listings with care and efficiency Assist with inventory organization at the warehouse Maintain a high standard of quality across every installation — no shortcuts Bring creative energy and a solution-focused mindset to every project WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR A genuine eye for design — you notice proportion, layering, and light Experience in home staging, interior design, visual merchandising, or a related field preferred Physically able to lift furniture and work on your feet for extended periods Highly organized and detail-oriented — you don't leave a job until it's right Reliable, professional, and great with clients and real estate agents on-site Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Familiarity with Houston's luxury real estate market is a plus WHY LINDEN CREEK HOUSTON Work on beautiful projects across Houston's most desirable neighborhoods Join a design-forward company that's building something special — and growing Collaborative team culture where your eye and input are genuinely valued Competitive pay based on experience Real opportunities to grow into a senior stylist or lead role as we scale Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour Benefits Paid time off Experience: Home Staging or Interior Design: 1 year (Preferred) License/Certification: Drivers License (Required) Work Location: Hybrid remote in Houston, TX 77008
