Home Stager (Independent Contractor – 1099)Job Overview: We are seeking a creative and dependable Home Stager to join our team as an independent contractor. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for interior design, styling, and spatial presentation, with the ability to transform homes into inviting spaces that appeal to buyers. This position is project-based with flexible but unpredictable hours depending on staging schedules and client needs. Work availability is not guaranteed and may vary week to week. Responsibilities: Stage residential properties to enhance market appeal Arrange furniture, décor, artwork, and accessories to create cohesive designs Assist with loading, unloading, and placement of staging inventory as needed Evaluate spaces and make design recommendations Maintain staging inventory and ensure items are handled with care Collaborate with team members, real estate agents, and homeowners Travel to various job sites as required Ensure homes are presentation-ready within project timelines Qualifications: Interior design experience preferred Home staging experience preferred Home staging certification preferred but not required Strong understanding of design trends, color coordination, and space planning Ability to work independently and efficiently Reliable transportation required Must be dependable, organized, and detail-oriented Ability to lift and move décor and light furniture items Position Details: Independent Contractor (1099 position) Part-time / project-based Hours are unpredictable and not guaranteed Flexible scheduling based on staging needs Compensation: Compensation will be discussed based on experience and project scope. Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour Work Location: On the road
