The Home Stager will assess properties, develop staging plans, and select furnishings, décor, and accessories that enhance the visual appeal of each home. Typical day-to-day tasks include coordinating delivery and placement of inventory, styling rooms for showings and photography, and ensuring all spaces are clean, safe, and ready for listing. The role involves collaborating with homeowners and real estate agents, providing professional recommendations, and adjusting staging based on feedback and market needs. The Home Stager will also document completed projects, support inventory management, and maintain a consistent brand aesthetic across all staged properties. Qualifications Professional Home Staging expertise, including experience as a Certified Home Stager or equivalent practical home staging experience.Strong Interior Design and Decoration skills, with an eye for space planning, color coordination, and current design trends.Excellent Customer Service abilities, including clear communication, client education, and collaborative problem-solving.Ability to handle physical tasks related to Home Staging, such as lifting, moving, and arranging furniture and décor safely.Reliable transportation to job sites in and around Roseville, CA and flexibility to work varying hours based on project needs.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail in scheduling, inventory tracking, and project follow-through.Prior experience working with real estate professionals or in residential design is preferred.Basic proficiency with email, digital calendars, and photo documentation tools; comfort using mobile devices on-site.
