As Wearhouse Assistant, you will help keep inventory and be sure the wearhouse is neat and tidy. Responsibilities Collaborate with clients, real estate agents, and designers to understand property goals and target audiences Develop comprehensive staging plans that incorporate furniture selection, layout optimization, color schemes, lighting design, and decorative accents Oversee the installation process, ensuring all elements are arranged according to plan while adhering to safety standards and building codes Conduct site visits for quality control, making adjustments as needed to enhance visual appeal and functionality Maintain detailed documentation including construction detail documentation, building code compliance reports, and project timelines using tools like Bluebeam or Revit Qualifications Proven experience in interior design, home staging, or related fields with a strong portfolio showcasing creative projects (not required) Strong understanding of color theory, lighting design principles, and how they influence space perception Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with excellent project management skills including budgeting and scheduling Excellent communication skills for collaborating with clients, contractors, and vendors on contracts and project scope Ability to organize a space Email mfowler@showhomes.com for more info Follow up on IG and Facebook! @Showhomesluxurystaging Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour Benefits: Flexible schedule Work Location: In person
