Hiring Luxury Retail Design and Sales Associate

About Us: Maaribu Home & Design is a woman-owned furniture and home decor boutique based in Austin, Texas. With a curated selection of furniture, bedding, and accessories, our Guadalupe Street showroom also offers personalized design services for clients looking to furnish or refresh their homes with distinctive, high-quality pieces. About the Role: We’re looking for a passionate, results-driven Sales and Design Associate to join our team and deliver outstanding customer experiences. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a luxury retail setting and has a natural talent for connecting with clients, designing spaces and driving sales. The position also requires side work such as cleaning, restocking, checking in and inspecting new merchandise, and store resets. Position is full time, roughly 35 - 37 hours per week. Training period will be part time, 4-hour shifts to train up the full time position.
