The company is backed by leading global investors, including KKR, Ingka Group Investments, TPG Growth, Goldman Sachs, and others, providing a strong foundation for continued innovation and growth.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site City Head Channel Sales role based in Eastern, WV. The City Head Channel Sales is responsible for driving revenue growth by developing, managing, and expanding channel partner networks such as designers, contractors, studios, and other ecosystem partners. The role includes setting and owning city-level sales targets, planning and executing go-to-market initiatives, and monitoring key performance metrics for partner acquisition, activation, and retention. The individual will lead and mentor a local sales team, conduct regular field visits, and ensure consistent partner engagement through training, marketing support, and joint business planning. The role also involves collaborating with cross-functional teams (marketing, operations, design, finance, and product) to ensure seamless project execution, outstanding customer experience, and strong brand visibility in the city.QualificationsProven experience in channel sales, business development, or B2B sales, ideally in home interiors, building materials, real estate, consumer durables, or related sectors.Demonstrated ability to build, manage, and grow partner networks, including onboarding, performance management, and long-term relationship development.Strong people leadership skills, with experience leading and motivating city-level or regional sales teams toward ambitious revenue targets.Solid understanding of sales planning, pipeline management, forecasting, and data-driven decision-making using CRM and analytics tools.Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence internal and external partners.Comfort working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment with a strong bias for execution, ownership, and problem-solving.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Management, or a related field; an MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification is an advantage.Familiarity with the home improvement, interiors, or construction ecosystem in regional markets; local market knowledge of Eastern, WV is preferred.Willingness to be on the ground regularly.#J-18808-Ljbffr
