About the position Neil Kelly is seeking a proven, values-driven leader to serve as General Manager of our Eugene / Springfield operation. After years of strong leadership, our current GM is preparing for retirement, creating a rare opportunity for the right leader to build on an extraordinary legacy and guide the next phase of growth.\n\nThis is a P&L leadership position with full responsibility for sales, production, team development, and market growth. The GM reports directly to the CEO and serves on the Senior Leadership Team. And we build long-term client relationships.\n\nWhat You Will Own\n\nAs General Manager, you are accountable for the overall health and performance of the Eugene / Springfield operation, including leadership of a team of approximately 25 employees across design, project management, handyman services, and field production.\n\nSuccess in this role means growing revenue responsibly, maintaining strong margins, developing people, and strengthening our reputation in the market.
