Fine Interior Finish Carpenter

The Premier Group is hiring experienced Fine Interior Finish Carpenter for Custom Residential & High-End Commercial Projects in Ogden UT and the surrounding area. We’re looking for a highly skilled Finish Carpenter who takes real pride in clean lines, tight reveals, smooth installs, and high-quality craftsmanship. This role is for someone experienced in fine interior finish work who can walk onto a project, work independently, and deliver polished results without constant oversight. If you have experience in high-end residential homes, luxury interiors, custom millwork, cabinetry, or detailed commercial finish work, we want to talk to you. Pay: Up to $36.00 per hour depending on experience Job Type: Full-time Location: Salt Lake County, Weber & Davis Counties, Utah County, and Summit & Wasatch Counties What You’ll Be Doing Installing custom cabinetry, trim, base, crown molding, doors, hardware, wall panels, and specialty millwork Reading and interpreting blueprints, elevations, and finish schedules Performing detailed punch work and finish corrections Working with high-end materials while maintaining excellent craftsmanship standards Using laser levels, hand tools, and finish carpentry equipment with precision Coordinating with superintendents, designers, cabinet shops, and other trades Maintaining clean, organized, professional job sites Ensuring all work is completed with accuracy, efficiency, and attention to detail What We’re Looking For 5+ years of finish carpentry experience preferred Strong experience with: Custom trim installation Cabinet installation Hanging doors and hardware Crown molding and detailed millwork Scribing and coping Blueprint reading Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Reliable transportation and consistent attendance Professional attitude and strong communication skills Ability to produce high-end finish quality work Own tools preferred Bonus Experience Luxury residential projects Custom homes Architectural millwork Commercial TI finish work Wood panel systems Stair systems Veneer or specialty wood finishes Why Apply Up to $36/hr based on experience Weekly pay Health, Dental & Vision insurance starting Day One PTO + 401(k) with company match PPE provided Referral bonuses For immediate consideration, call our office today: (801) 542-0643 SAL1 Job Type: Full-time Pay: Up to $36.00 per hour Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Paid time off Referral program Vision insurance Work Location: In person
