JOB SUMMARY Execute day to day operations of new home inspections, product installation, services, and warranties through accurate, effective, and professional communication with “Superior Service” as a standard for our customer.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities
Report new customers and potential subdivisions to sales to help increase salesReport new home starts and the progress of houses for applicable buildersVerify new home measurements for applicable builders Subfloor Inspections per manufacturer specificationsInspect wall tile areas for every builder for accuracyQuality control, manage installs, customer service, and oversee warrantiesReports stop payments, warranties, and services to office personnelInspect and repair for warranties and or servicesPerform moisture readings Product delivery as needed
Other Tasks
Assist in training new hiresAttend and conduct installation and product knowledge trainingsManage “exceptions” for department solutionsManage update/changes to procedures and job description for your areaAttend and participate in meetings and seminarsAny other duties necessary to make MetroKraft Interiors successful
Requirements
EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of subfloor prep and flooring repairs based on the manufacturer's specificationsBasic mathLaying out material per the manufacturer's recommendationsKnowledge of installation processes based on the manufacturer's specificationsAbility to read and interpret blueprints and drawingsPrevious experience in customer service or client-facing roles.Familiarity with different types of cabinet materials and finishes.Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations in construction and woodworking.Basic computer skills, Microsoft OfficeAbility to learn RFMS/Trackvia computer programsAbility to measure floor plans with accuracy Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
