Field Manager - Flooring, Countertops, Cabinets

Overview The primary responsibility of the Field Manager is to manage flooring & cabinet trades on job sites during construction, tracking and managing materials, insuring quality installations, and providing a high level of service to internal and external customers. Responsibilities Understand flooring installation, pre-installation inspection, during and post inspections and quality control as well as how materials are measured and installedManage flooring independent contractors work for timely and accurate installation per builder timelines and requirements on construction sites.Supervise installations and manage material during installationsQuality control of all cabinet installationsCoordinate schedules with builder superintendents and subcontractorsAssist in warranty resolution in completed homesAny other field duties as assignedQualifications Experience in construction; including cabinetsMust be able to work in fast paced environmentsStrong problem-solving skillsOrganized and process orientedAttention to detailStrong oral and written communication skills Company DescriptionWe are the leading national installer for select high-value and stylistically important interior finishes, such as flooring, cabinets and countertops, to our homebuilder customers, )single family, multi-family, commercial and repair & remodel customers.
