Fall Interior Design Co-op: Revit, Rendering & Onsite

Independence Realty Trust Inc. is offering an Interior Design Co-op opportunity for Fall 2026 in Louisville, Kentucky. Students with an interest in commercial or residential design are encouraged to apply. This self-driven student will assist in developing design solutions, manage concurrent tasks, and support the design team in various projects. Key responsibilities include preparing design documents, conducting onsite observations, and selecting materials. Applicants must have knowledge of Revit, Enscape, and other design software. Travel is required for project oversight.
