Were looking for a Lead Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our growing team.What Youll Do Understand client needs and curate tailored design and product solutionsMeet clients on-site to take field measurements and design dream kitchens and baths using 2020 DesignFollow up on leads, quotes, and clients to maximize sales performanceParticipate in company training and development programsStaff the showroom daily (when not at appointments)Build relationships with remodelers, builders, and design professionals through local networkingYour Experience & Skills 5+ years of kitchen design and sales experience requiredProficient in 2020 Design SoftwareOutgoing, proactive, and professional demeanorStrong work ethic and attention to detailConstruction experience preferred but not requiredSolid math and organizational skillsProficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)Able to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyEnergetic, dependable, and positive can-do attitudeReady to design beautiful spaces and grow with a fast-paced, high-performing team?
