We are hiring a Director of Interior Design to lead and grow their dynamic interior design practice within a highly collaborative architecture-driven studio environment. This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned design leader who is equally comfortable shaping beautiful interiors, mentoring a team, and contributing to the broader business and vision of the firm. The ideal candidate brings a refined design sensibility and the leadership presence to guide both people and projects. You are smart, creative, balanced, and collaborative, someone who can inspire a team while also understanding the operational and business side of a design practice. In this role, you will shape the direction of the interior design department, ensure exceptional project execution, and help expand the firm’s presence through business development, prospecting, and relationship building. You’ll work closely with architectural leadership to create interiors that are seamlessly integrated with architecture and reflective of thoughtful, timeless design.
