Role Description This is a full time, on-site role for a Designer / Project Manager, located in Chapel Hill, NC. The Designer / Project Manager will manage and coordinate design projects from conception to completion, including creating construction drawings, handling project submittals, and space planning. The role will also involve collaborating with team members, clients, and vendors to ensure timely, budget-conscious project delivery. Qualifications • Required skills in AutoCAD, Sketchup, and Photoshop • Proficiency in creating, reviewing, and managing construction drawings and submittals • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage timelines, budgets, and resources effectively • Excellent organizational and communication abilities • Detail-oriented with a creative and problem-solving mindset • Bachelor's degree in Interior Design • 3+ years of experience preferred
