Work with customers to design and create beautiful and functional kitchen and bathroom spaces that meet their needs and preferences. Utilize a strong understanding of kitchen and bath layouts, products, and trends to provide expert design recommendations to customers. Collaborate with customers to develop detailed and accurate project plans, including material and product selections, measurements, and budgets. Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive and seamless experience throughout the design process. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and new products to continuously improve design offerings and customer satisfaction. Work closely with other team members, including contractors and installers, to ensure successful project completion. Use design software and tools to create visual representations of proposed designs for customers. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, project details, and product orders. Act as a brand ambassador for The Home Depot, representing the company’s values and commitment to excellence in design.
