ABOUT THE ROLE We are seeking an experienced Designer who combines creativity with thoughtful client guidance, helping homeowners bring their vision to life with confidence and ease through selections and finishes. From preconstruction planning to the final stages of construction, you will play a central role in the design process, ensuring every selection, finish, and detail reflects the overall vision and comes together seamlessly in the home. You will provide clients with clear direction and inspired options, making the selection process enjoyable and intuitive. With a keen eye for design and a focus on cohesive, personalized spaces, you will help transform houses into homes that feel welcoming, functional, and uniquely suited to each client, working closely with our team to ensure every detail is carried through from concept to completion. As a trusted guide, you will lead clients through the selections process with clarity, creativity, and empathy, helping them make confident design decisions and ensuring every choice is thoughtfully integrated into the home.
