What You’ll Do • Design and sell cabinetry for kitchens, baths, etc. across a wide range of budgets • Guide clients from consultation to project completion • Create professional, visually compelling layouts using 2020 Design software • Build lasting relationships that generate repeat business and referrals • Partner with installers, builders, and homeowners to deliver exceptional results • Consistently meet, and exceed, sales goals What We’re Looking For • Proven success in sales with a customer-first mindset • Experience in cabinetry, kitchen design, interior design, or home improvement sales • Proficiency in 2020 Design (required) • Excellent communication, organization, and follow-through • A true team player who thrives in a collaborative showroom environment and supports shared success • Self-motivated with the drive to maximize earning potential • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • High school diploma or GED
