Design Consultant, Home Studio—Flexible Scheduling

Pottery Barn, part of Williams-Sonoma, Inc., seeks a Customer Engagement and Design Associate to inspire shoppers with design expertise and knowledge of the design studio assortment. You will guide customers, conduct design consultations, and capture appointment leads for design services. You will develop tailored design plans, present options within clients' budgets, manage orders and deliveries, and support merchandising and store operations to drive sales and loyalty.
