JOB SUMMARY The Designer Representative is an energetic, self-motivated professional who excels in relationship building, customer service, and solution-oriented sales. This role is responsible for maintaining strong builder relationships while managing each project from order generation through completion. In addition to delivering accurate designs and layouts. The Designer Representative proactively identifies opportunities to upsell products, upgrades, and services that enhance the customer experience and drive revenue growth. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Obtaining customer selections and specifications Field measurements Preparation of accurate designs and layouts using 20/20 Accurate pricing and quotes Identify opportunities to upsell additional products, upgrades, and services to enhance customer experience and increase revenue Prepare orders and plans as necessary and work with estimating team to ensure accuracy and release for purchase Determine and approve all parts to finish orders and present for purchasing Address all issues and concerns from builders and homeowners Walk jobs to ensure proper completion Ensure all job records are current and accurate SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES This position carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company guidelines, policies and procedures, and applicable laws. Supervisory responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees; planning, assigning, and directing work; appraising performance; rewarding and disciplining employees; addressing complaints and resolving problems. None Requirements EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS High School Diploma/GED Excellent computer skills Previous construction experience a plus 20/20 experience a plus Valid Driver's license Ability to read blueprints Must be able to handle multiple projects proficiently Must be able to prioritize, work quickly, accurately and produce design projects within deadlines Highly motivated individual that is passionate about design, problem solver and success drive. Work with customers and contractors in developing floor plans and design concepts. PHYSICAL DEMANDS Ability to sit at computer monitor for long periods throughout the day. Must possess the ability to stand for long periods of time; to reach with hands and arms; to move among and between offices; to handle mail and documents; to sit, stoop, kneel and crouch; to lift and move up to 10 pounds; to see well enough to discern differences in quality of documents and files.
