Natuzzi Italia is made in Italy and dedicated to the luxury market Today Pasquale Natuzzi personally oversees strategic activities relating to strengthening the brand with investments in product innovation and research, marketing, communication, and training, working alongside the Group's managers to define future strategies Our experienced Design Consultants are trained interior design and retail professionals, who are passionate about luxury home furnishings and collaborating with our clients to transform their living spaces Our Design Consultants are responsible for generating sales and providing an exceptional experience to all customers consistent with the Natuzzi Italia brand Responsibilities include: Client Engagement & Sales Generation The Natuzzi Design Consultant is an entrepreneurial minded individual, preferably with a design background who is curious, driven and excited to work in a luxury retail settingThe Design Consultant will prospect for new business on a regular basis with the expectations of regular in-home consultations as well as consistent outreach and contact with our Trade Partners (realtors, architects and interior designersThe Design Consultant should be project-focused, technologically savvy and knowledgeable on current design trendsThe Design Consultant should be warm, friendly and approachable for clientsThe Design Consultant should be comfortable presenting projects, closing the sale, writing a quote and following up with clientsThis person should develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of Natuzzi Italia productsThis person will be expected meet or exceed store sales goals and KP Experiences: Previous experience or education in the luxury home furnishings industry, interior design, sales or architecture preferredDesign technology experience highly preferred (AutoCad, Sketchup, 3D Rendering etc)Superior communication skills, both verbal and writtenRetail Experience or Client-Facing Sales Experience a MustMicrosoft OfficeAttention to detail and outstanding problem-solving skills Job Type: Full-Time We offer a very competitive benefits package with salary plus commission, as well as, following benefits ...not to mention a great company to work for and build a career!
