About Cozy Studio Cozy Studio is a Charleston-based architecture and design firm specializing in residential, hospitality, and development projects throughout the Lowcountry. We are seeking a Design Assistant to support our interior design teams with project documentation, material selections, presentations, and project coordination. This position is ideal for a motivated professional who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and proficient in both AutoCAD and Revit. Responsibilities Create, update, and maintain drawings in AutoCAD and Revit Assist with interior design project documentation Support the preparation of presentation packages Conduct site measurements and document existing conditions as needed Research materials, finishes, fixtures, furnishings, and products Coordinate with consultants, vendors, contractors, and clients Assist with project schedules, meeting notes, and administrative project tasks Organize and maintain project files and drawing standards Support designers throughout all phases of design and documentation Assist with renderings, presentations, and client deliverables QualificationsRequired Proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit 1+ years of experience in interior design, or a related field Strong understanding of construction drawings and design documentation Excellent organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace Preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting, or a related field Experience with SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, Enscape, Lumion, or similar visualization software Experience working on residential, hospitality, or commercial projects Knowledge of local permitting and construction processes What We Offer Competitive compensation based on experience Paid Time Off: 40 hours after 90 days, Additional 40 hours after 180 days, 80 hours annually thereafter Opportunities for professional growth and development Collaborative, creative, and supportive work environment Exposure to a variety of design projects Schedule Monday–Friday Full-time (40 hours per week) In-person in Charleston, SC Benefits: Paid time off Work Location: In person
