Role Description Design Poole Inc. is seeking two full-time Design Assistants to join our Orlando studio team. This position is ideal for emerging interior designers looking to develop their technical, creative, and project coordination skills within a highly collaborative hospitality-focused studio environment. Design Assistants will work directly with senior designers and project leadership supporting multiple hospitality projects from concept development through construction documentation. This is an in-studio position based in Orlando, FL. Key Responsibilities • Assist project teams with Revit production and construction documentation • Support material, finish, and FF&E presentations • Assist with renderings, visual presentations, and design boards • Coordinate vendor communication, samples, and product information • Support project organization, consultant coordination, and documentation management • Participate in hospitality design concept development and creative collaboration • Maintain organized digital and physical project resources • Assist senior team members with day-to-day project tasks and deadlines Qualifications • Degree in Interior Design or related design field • Working knowledge of Revit required • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop and InDesign • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced studio environment • Strong communication and time management skills • Passion for hospitality design and creative storytelling through interiors • Positive attitude with willingness to learn and grow professionally Preferred Qualifications • Hospitality studio internship or hospitality project exposure • Experience with Enscape or rendering software • Familiarity with FF&E documentation and materials coordination What We Value At DPI, we value team members who are collaborative, adaptable, resourceful, and motivated to grow.
