Job Description
Oversee and manage all phases of construction projects, ensuring timely and successful delivery.Collaborate with clients, consultants, and internal teams to align project goals and requirements.Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation.Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and quality standards.Coordinate with contractors and vendors to maintain project timelines and deliverables.Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges during the construction process.Lead project meetings, facilitating clear communication and decision-making.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Architecture PM should have:
Proven experience in managing construction projects within professional services.Strong understanding of architectural design and construction processes.Exceptional organizational and project management skills.Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.Proficiency in relevant software and tools for project planning and management.A problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing project needs.
