About The Role This is an inside sales + consultative design position focused on helping customers select the right flooring and home products for their space. You’ll work both: In our showroom guiding customers through selectionsIn the field/community (as needed) supporting in-home decisions and building relationships Your role is to simplify the buying process and deliver a professional, high-confidence customer experience from first contact through project completion.
