Custom Architectural Millwork / Cabinet Maker – Job Overview We are seeking an experienced skilled and detail-oriented Custom Architectural Millwork / Cabinet Maker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in custom woodworking and cabinetry, with the ability to craft high-quality custom cabinets and furniture. This role requires proficiency with power and hand tools, a keen eye for design and precision, and the ability to work independently. Key Responsibilities Construct, assemble, and stage cabinets and furniture based on specifications and design plansRead and interpret blueprints to ensure accurate measurements and precise cutsOperate power tools and personal hand tools safely and effectively to cut, shape, and finish materialsCollaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently while maintaining high-quality standardsMaintain a clean, safe, and organized work area, following all safety protocolsQualifications Proven experience in furniture/cabinet making & woodworkingMust have and maintain a set of personal hand toolsSkilled in using both power tools (e.g., saws, drills) and hand tools (e.g., chisels, sanders)Strong ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawingsHigh attention to detail and a passion for quality craftsmanshipStrong communication skills for effective collaboration with clients and team membersWhy Join Us?
