Creative Property Stylist

Gaston Real Estate Investment Company, a small business in downtown Columbia, is searching for a Creative Property Stylist. Our portfolio consists of ~150 residential & commercial rental units owned by the company. Primarily focused on student housing near the University of South Carolina campus & Five Points. Job Description: Creating spaces in our rental houses that will make them more fun, interesting, and more lively. Bland into grand. Lots of small projects...like: · Hand painting signs · Enhancing spaces with new prints, posters, or murals · Putting up string lighting · Decorating outdoor spaces · Installing stick & peel wallpaper · Using Gamecock stencils on walls, ceilings, and more FAQ: · $50,000 - $85,000 DOE · Full time but (very) flexible hours for the right fit · Autonomy is a big deal here - you won't be micromanaged. · Prior experience is required - what kind of creative projects have you done before? · Company has a small team of 6-7 people · You'll working directly with Project Manager, Property Manager & the owner on these projects Toughest & best part about the job: This is a new position.
