Design West is a luxury interior design firm in Naples, Florida, seeking a poised and professional Client Experience Liaison to manage all aspects of the showroom floor and serve as the first point of contact for clients and guests.
This role is essential to creating a welcoming, elevated, and seamless client experience. The Client Experience Liaison greets and assists walk-in clients and prospective clients, maintains the aesthetic and presentation of the showroom, and provides day-to-day support to the Design Team.
The ideal candidate brings a high level of hospitality, professionalism, and attention to detail. They are warm and engaging, communicate effectively with a diverse clientele, and consistently demonstrate polished, tactful, and patient behavior with both clients and colleagues. A genuine interest in interior design and familiarity with luxury environments is strongly preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Greet and assist clients and potential clients with warmth, confidence, and professionalism
Serve as the initial point of contact for all showroom visitors
Communicate Design West’s products, services, and the value of collaborating with our Design Team
Maintain the overall appearance and luxury aesthetic of the showroom floor
Provide administrative and operational support to the Design Team as needed
Ensure every client interaction reflects Design West’s commitment to exceptional service and design excellence
The Client Experience Liaison plays a vital role in delivering a refined, high-touch experience that reflects the standards of Design West and supports the success of our design professionals.
Pay: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
