Our projects focus on exterior home maintenance, trim repair, and preparation for professional painting. During the winter months, our work transitions into interior carpentry and remodeling—providing consistent, year-round work. What You’ll Be Doing As a carpenter on our team, you will work on residential projects that protect, restore, and improve homes. Responsibilities Include Repairing and replacing exterior trim, fascia, and sidingCompleting maintenance carpentry prior to painting projectsRepairing damaged or weathered woodPerforming interior carpentry and remodeling work (seasonal)Working safely on ladders and exterior surfacesMaintaining clean, organized, and professional job sitesCommunicating with team members and occasionally with homeowners Many of our projects are located along the Rhode Island coastline, where attention to detail and durability are essential. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for carpenters who are dependable, experienced, and take ownership of their work.
