Job Title: Product Designer Automotive Interior Accessories Job Type: Remote Overview Our client is seeking a highly creative and market-savvy Product Designer with expertise in innovative new product development, particularly within automotive interior accessories-such as wash & wax products, organizers, and other interior items. The ideal candidate will excel at understanding customer needs and market trends, and will drive sales growth through the design and development of new products in collaboration with cross-functional teams. Responsibilities Visit customers and retailer stores to gain first-hand insights into real needs and trends in interior accessories. Service existing clients and introduce new products on a monthly basis by collaborating closely with the design and product team based in China. Effectively present and demonstrate the product line to customers and stakeholders. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Design, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in new product development of automotive interior accessories with a proven track record of success. Strong presentation, negotiation, and closing skills. Self-motivated, able to work independently, and capable of meeting or exceeding performance goals.
