CAD/RENDERING/AI Interior Architect

We're looking for an Interior Architect with 3-5 years of experience who's as comfortable in SketchUp, Revit, or Rhino as they are pushing AI tools into the actual workflow — not just using them for one-off visuals. Our work spans luxury residential and boutique hospitality. Every project demands precision in the model and imagination in how we get there faster and better. What You'll Do • Produce 2D and 3D models and renderings for high-end residential and boutique hospitality projects • Use AI image generation AI rendering plugins, and generative 3D/AI-CAD tools to speed up concepting and design development • Work directly with the design team to translate concepts into buildable documentation • Bring new AI tools and workflows to the table as the field evolves — this role has room to shape process, not just execute it What You Bring • 3-5 years of experience as an interior architect, designer, or CAD/BIM specialist • Working fluency in SketchUp, Revit, and Rhino • Real experience using AI tools in a design workflow — not just curiosity about them • An eye for detail and a bias toward finding the faster, smarter way to get to the finished product
