CAD Drafter - Residential Design

We’re looking for a detail-oriented CAD drafter to join our residential home design team. No degree required—just solid drafting skills, interest in residential design, and a willingness to learn our software (Cadvance). This is not an interior design role. You’ll be producing construction documents used for building permits and new home construction. Ideal candidate: • Proficient in 2D CAD drafting (any platform) • Strong attention to detail and spatial thinking • Comfortable with math and technical drawing • Curious about how homes are designed and built Experience in residential design is a plus but not required.  Starting Pay: $23–$26/hour depending on skill level and drafting speed.  Location: Windsor, CT  To Apply: Email your resume and a brief description of your drafting experience to hdsltd25@gmail.com.
