Brand & Marketing Manager

We're seeking a Brand & Marketing Manager to work directly alongside our Founder and Creative Director to evolve our brand and bring new brand extensions to life. The Opportunity This is a rare chance to sit beside a founder with a distinct vision and help shape the future of a growing luxury lifestyle brand. You'll help define how the world experiences Carrie Brigham Design, from brand positioning and content strategy to product launches, partnerships, and brand extensions. What You'll Do Brand Stewardship: Protect and evolve the brand, maintain consistency across every touchpoint, and translate the founder's vision into compelling brand experiences. Strategic Marketing: Develop and execute annual marketing initiatives that drive awareness and qualified inquiries. Content & Storytelling: Lead content strategy across digital and print; direct photography and videography; find stories worth telling. Future Brand Extensions: Help launch new brand initiatives, from product development to go-to-market planning, including licensing and partnerships. Leadership: Manage marketing vendors, freelancers, and creative partners; serve as a trusted thought partner to the Founder. Who You Are Naturally curious, with an eye for details others miss.
