Associate Principal Designer - Residential Architecture

David Weekley Homes seeks an Associate Principal Designer to join our Design Team and shape the design of single-family homes across diverse markets in the US. You will support principal designers in creating new floor plans, elevations, and updates to meet program and cost requirements. Hybrid work is available with quarterly travel to markets. Candidates should bring 10+ years in residential design and strong proficiency with AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp.
