Collaborate with colleagues and industry professionals to enhance students' learning experiences. Provide hands-on, practical learning opportunities for students, including workshops, studio projects, and internships. Assess student learning and provide constructive feedback for improvement. Participate in departmental meetings and committees to contribute to the overall goals and objectives of the program. Engage in scholarly activities, such as research and publication, to enhance the academic reputation of the department and university. Represent the university and the Interior Design program at professional conferences, events, and other outreach activities. Maintain a strong network within the interior design industry to facilitate potential job opportunities for students. Uphold the university's academic standards and code of conduct. Continuously evaluate and improve teaching methods and techniques to ensure student success. Provide support and assistance to the program director and other faculty members as needed.
