Assistant Designer (Home Staging & Interiors)

Position Overview: We’re hiring an Assistant Designer to support our growing staging and interior styling team. This role is perfect for someone who loves making spaces beautiful, is operationally sound, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and isn’t afraid to get their hands dirty moving furniture or capturing content on the go. What You’ll Do: • Assist with staging installs, furniture placement, and styling • Help create and present mood boards and visual concepts for projects • Capture behind-the-scenes content for social media and marketing • Send invoices and help manage payment tracking (QuickBooks or similar is a plus) • Maintain and organize inventory in our warehouse • Source or return accessories and materials as needed • Support design leads with prep work, site visits, and client coordination We’d Love If You Have: • 1+ year experience in staging, interior design, or visual merchandising • Strong aesthetic sense and an eye for detail • Familiarity with Canva, Sketchup, CAD, Pinterest, or design presentation tools • Basic understanding of content creation for Instagram/TikTok • Ability to lift/move up to 30 lbs and work on-site • Strong communication and organization skills • Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license Nice-to-Haves: • Experience with SketchUp, Adobe, or CAD • Social media savvy (photo/video editing, reels, etc.) • Comfort speaking with clients or realtors (growth potential!)
