Position Overview We are seeking an Architectural Project Manager to lead the day-to-day execution of architectural projects from schematic design through construction administration. This role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple consultants, deadlines, and client relationships while maintaining design intent and technical quality. You will work closely with Principals and Project Designers to ensure projects are delivered on time, well coordinated, and to a high standard of quality. Key Responsibilities Project Management Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously through all phases of design and constructionDevelop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and deliverablesModel and document your own projects in RevitLead consultant coordination (MEP, structural, civil, specialty consultants)Prepare and manage meeting agendas, notes, and follow-upsClient & Team Coordination Serve as a primary day-to-day client contactFacilitate clear communication between clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teamsSupport Principal Architect client design presentations and decision-makingMentor junior staff and support team developmentTechnical & Documentation Leadership Oversee production of construction documents and ensure quality controlReview drawings and specifications for coordination, code compliance, and constructabilityManage permit and agency submittalsLead construction administration tasks including RFIs, submittals, site visits, and punch listsProcess & Standards Ensure projects follow firm standards, workflows, and best practicesMaintain organized project files and documentationContribute to improving internal processes and project delivery systemsQualifications Professional degree in Architecture (B.Arch or M.Arch) preferred5 years min. of professional experience in an architecture firmStrong knowledge of building codes, construction documents, and permitting processesProficiency in Revit; working knowledge of AutoCAD, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, and project management toolsExcellent organizational, communication, and leadership skillsAbility to balance multiple priorities and deadlinesWhat We’re Looking For A self-starter who takes ownership and follows throughSomeone who is calm under pressure and solutions-orientedA collaborative team player who values clear communicationPassion for design excellence paired with technical rigorWhat We Offer Competitive salary commensurate with experiencePaid Time Off9 Paid HolidaysPaid week off between Christmas and New Years (office closed)Medical Benefits and 401K with employer match after 60 daysBonuses and Profit SharingJob Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k)401(k) matchingDental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insuranceHealth savings accountPaid time offProfessional development assistanceVision insuranceApplication Question(s): Are you proficient in designing and creating construction documents in Revit?Experience: Architecture: 5 years (Required)Location: Meridian, ID 83642 (Required)Work Location: In person Not interested in external opportunities/recruiters
