Small, growing residential architecture firm with a large pipeline of work, seeks an architect or interior designer. Job duties include drawings from conceptual presentation work to construction documentation. Work will entail coordination with consultants such as structural engineers, landscape architects, and interior designers. The ideal candidate will desire growth towards independent project management. The ability to interact with clients in a professional, respectful way is a must. An accredited architecture or interior design degree is highly desirable, but not required with proven skill level. Skills required: AutoCAD, Sketchup with suitable 3D rendering program experience, Adobe Acrobat and Photoshop, plus proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
