**Overview**:
An Architectural team member works independently, developing design or technical solutions under supervision of a Project Manager, Architect, Designer, Engineer and other staff in continued growth and education by performing the following duties.

**Responsibilities (subject to change, modification as needed) are as follows, but not limited to:**
* Provides assistance to project team as instructed by and under the direct supervision of the Project Manager or Architect, or Engineer.
* Uses design technology software to prepare project documents.
* Draws finished designs from sketches.
* Reviews completed reports, plans, estimates, and calculations.
* Performs analysis of design, planning, and occupancy studies, and limited design layouts.
* Prepares project specifications, compiling, and analyzing relevant data.
* Writes reports and specifications.
* Continues to work towards completing the requirements of the Architectural Experience Program (AXP) for discipline.
* Travels for client meetings, consultant coordination, site surveys, construction administration, etc. (5-10% of time reserved for travel)

Requirements
**Requirements:**
* Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from a NAAB accredited college or university.
* 2+ years’ experience in the field of Architecture.
* Proficient with AutoCAD and Revit, scheduling software, specification software, and standard business software (MSOffice, Adobe suite, Google docs).
* Continuing education relevant for position.
* Membership/activity in a non-profit or community interest group.
