We are looking for an Architect to contribute to our Asheville office, where our focus is on creating impactful, lasting architectural solutions.
In this role, your passion for design and commitment to excellence will shine. You will have the opportunity to manage multiple projects while mentoring emerging professionals and fostering client relationships. You will be essential in transforming visionary concepts into reality.
Daily Responsibilities:
Collaborate in a team-oriented environment with Design Leaders, Project Managers, Architects, Interior Designers, Urban Planners, and Emerging Professionals.Assist in design and marketing initiatives to further the firm's goals.Prepare engaging visual presentations for client meetings.Explore your interests and thrive under the guidance of experienced mentors.Guide design tasks through all stages of projects.Coordinate architectural drawings across various disciplines.Facilitate effective communication among project teams, clients, vendors, contractors, and consultants.Contribute to client satisfaction, design quality, and the profitability of projects.Your Qualifications:
Strong technical skills and experience producing design and construction documentation.Proficient in Revit with a solid understanding of design technology.Experience with 3D software such as SketchUp, Lumion, or Enscape is a plus.Knowledge of relevant building codes and standards.LEED accreditation is preferred or a commitment to its pursuit.Familiarity with design and procurement processes.Able to motivate team efforts and navigate project challenges.Capable of self-managing tasks from inception to completion with guidance.Experience integrating research into the design process.Required Education and Experience:
Licensed Architect with a Bachelor's or Master’s Degree in Architecture from a NAAB-accredited institution.8+ years of post-licensure design experience is preferred.Please submit a cover letter, resume, and portfolio showcasing your Revit skills and rendering abilities to apply.
