Sees Design is hiring an Interior Architecture Lead. This role supports projects across all phases with a strong focus on technical development, drawing production, detailing, consultant coordination, construction execution, and project documentation. It will also assist with presentations, palettes, specifications, sourcing, procurement, site visits, and installations. This is not a traditional corporate architecture role, as projects are deeply customized and shaped through close collaboration between principals, AOR teams, consultants, contractors, and interiors teams from concept through construction.
ResponsibilitiesSupport projects across all phases with a strong focus on technical development, drawing production, detailing, consultant coordination, construction execution, and project documentation.Assist with presentations, palettes, specifications, sourcing, procurement, site visits, and installations.Qualifications6–8+ years of experience in high-end residential architectureProfessional degree in Architecture or Interior Architecture preferredStrong proficiency in RevitStrong AutoCAD and Revit proficiency preferredStrong understanding of residential construction methods, detailing, and consultant coordinationExperience developing and coordinating detailed architectural and interior drawing packages within a collaborative consultant environmentStrong background in traditional and historically informed residential architectureUnderstanding of classical proportion, traditional detailing, and architectural compositionAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyExcellent organizational and communication skillsExperience working directly with contractors and consultantsSketchUp, Rhino, Adobe Creative Suite, and rendering experience preferredApplicationPlease send resumes and portfolios to
