Frank Souder Designs is looking for a talented and detail oriented Architectural Designer to join our team. This position focuses on high end residential projects and requires someone who can confidently design independently while collaborating within a fast paced design environment. Qualifications: • Minimum 5 years of residential architectural design experience • Strong knowledge of residential construction and detailing • Ability to independently develop plans, elevations, and design concepts • Highly detail oriented with strong organizational skills • Proficient in design software such as Revit, SketchUp, AutoCAD, and rendering programs • Ability to communicate professionally with clients, vendors, and team members • Passion for high end residential architecture and thoughtful design This role is ideal for someone who is creative, self motivated, and excited to work on custom luxury homes across a variety of styles and locations.
