About this role
The Pittsburg State University School of Construction is accepting applications for a part-time, in-person, temporary Adjunct Lecturer to teach the Interior Design, History of Design I or Detailing and Working Drawings course for the Fall 2024 semester.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Confer with students outside of class as needed.
• Evaluate and assess student performance.
• Create appropriate evaluations and examinations.
• The ability to keep accurate records.
• The ability to work with students.
• Collaborate with other faculty members.
Education and Experience
Required Education and Experience - Time of Hire
• Baccalaureate degree
Preferred Education and Experience -
• Master's degree
• Background in history of design knowledge preferred.
• 3 years of experience in the interior design industry preferred.
• AutoCad and Revit experience preferred.
